Maintenance / Driver Technician
Mauston, WI
$11 per hour

Responsible for various building and ground maintenance, unloading delivery vans, and medication cart repairs. Responsibilities will also include delivering medications, IV's and supplies to nursing homes or other residential care facilities as needed.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Reports to Compliance Officer or Company President to receive information on "urgent need" repairs.
  • Unloads delivery vans, placing all items in appropriate locations in the pharmacy.
  • Cleans and disinfects delivery vans on a scheduled basis.
  • Loads equipment and/or related supplies, IV’s, and nursing home medications into delivery vehicle. Uses ratcheting tie downs to secure load, when applicable.
  • Determines or obtains best route, then drives delivery vehicle on that route. Contacts Compliance Officer by cell phone about any questions while on delivery/pick up. Returns any documents to appropriate staff member upon returning to pharmacy.
  • Demonstrates promptness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers. Reports any concerns to Compliance Officer or appropriate staff member
  • Must be able to maintain delivery logs, mileage logs, and safety inspection checklist.
  • Drives company vehicles in a safe and professional manner, following all state laws.
  • Performs minor repair of medical equipment relative to job knowledge and training, as needed. Repairs medication/treatment carts at facilities when needed.
  • Performs minor repairs (headlights, wipers, brake lights, etc.) and checks oil and fluids as needed on delivery vehicles. Notifies Compliance Officer of any vehicle malfunction or maintenance issues.
  • Must be able to understand potential risks of fumes, blood borne pathogens, toxic or caustic chemicals, fires or explosions, electrical shocks.
  • Performs building repairs consistent to knowledge i.e. painting, electrical, plumbing, and performs carpentry, using safe techniques.
  • Performs outdoor maintenance on grounds and building exterior, i.e. painting, sweeping, trimming landscaping, and snow removal.
  • Maintains tools and maintenance equipment in working order and keeps work area neat and clean.
  • Promotes teamwork among co-workers which includes assisting fellow drivers, when needed.
  • Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance, and wears ID badge when doing deliveries
  • Markets the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Accepts other duties and activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods in extreme cold or heat weather conditions
  • Must be able to reach, stretch, climb, crouch, crawl, and balance on narrow steps frequently during 8 hour shift.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours.
  • Must have manual dexterity, have excellent vision capable of close up and long distances, color discrimination, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focusing ability.
  • Must be able to speak clearly, smell, and tolerate possible loud noise levels.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70lbs, and be in good physical condition.
  • Must have general knowledge of equipment used in the building trades.
  • Must have excellent driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to maintain delivery logs, mileage logs, and safety inspection checklist.
  • Must be dependable worker-able to carry out a series of work instructions independently.
  • Must have good organizational skills, willingness to function as a team member with a responsible and cooperative attitude.

Cleaning Technician

Mauston, WI
Part-Time
$12 per hour

Responsible for the cleaning and disinfecting of Nursing Home cassettes, binds and totes. Performs cleaning of (DME) durable medical equipment, general cleaning of pharmacy, employee breakroom, restrooms, store area, Corporate Offices building and other assigned areas.

Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, trustworthy and reliable. Commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Usual Shift: Monday–Friday, 30 hours per week

Night Delivery Driver
Mauston, WI
Full-Time
$12 per hour

Under direction of the Driver Department Manager, this person will:

  • Loads medication cassettes, totes, contingency boxes, and supplies into vehicle for nursing home and other residential care facilities delivery when scheduled. Closes all vehicle doors and locks vehicle while unattended.
  • Safely drives delivery vehicle on designated route, to deliver medications, IV’s and supplies to nursing homes and other residential care facilities in a timely manner.
  • Works with facilities to solve a variety of problems, thereby acting as a company field representative.
  • Completes delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately.
  • Demonstrates promptness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers. Reports any concerns to appropriate pharmacy staff or Driver Manager.
  • Picks up rental equipment and pre-cleans and disinfects equipment on location before placing in delivery vehicle and returning to warehouse. If this is not possible, item must be placed in bag and labeled with “Dirty” sticker.
  • Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance, and wears ID badge when doing deliveries.
  • Promotes teamwork among co-workers which includes assisting fellow drivers, as needed.
  • Markets the company in a positive and professional manner at ALL times.
  • Drives company vehicles in a safe and professional manner following all DOT regulations.

Ergonomic Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time-possibly up to 5 hours if necessary.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70lbs, and be in good physical condition
  • Must be able to tolerate periods of extreme cold or heat weather conditions.
  • Must be able to safely perform nighttime driving.
  • Must be able to climb stairs carrying items repeatedly.

Must have good organizational skills, willingness to function as a cooperative team member with a responsible and cooperative attitude and be neat and clean in personal appearance.

Must have excellent driving record and possess a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Must be able to maintain delivery logs, mileage logs, and safety inspection checklist.

Pharmacy Technician
Milwaukee, WI
Full-Time

Prepare medications under the direction of pharmacist and assist with day-to-day activities in the pharmacy

Educational Experience Required: Pharmacy Certification with a minimum of 1500 tech hours is desired but not required to start

Other Requirements: Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, trustworthy and reliable.

Monday – Friday, alternating shifts; 9AM to 5:30PM or 10:30AM to 7PM

Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist

  • Maintain proficiency of all software utilized in the pharmacy
  • Verify, expedite and oversee all aspects involved in the dispensing of medications
  • Oversee and insure proper medication packaging as required for resident environment via
    various unit dose packaging
  • Compounding and overseeing the compounding of topical and intravenous products as
    ordered and per USP 795 and 797 guidelines
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed
  • Facilitate problem resolution with employees and facilities
  • Responding to questions or requests by caregivers and pharmacy team members in a
    professional manner with accuracy and detail

Schedule: 8 to 10 hour shifts, Day - Evening shifts, Holiday rotation, Monday to Friday with weekend rotation, On call rotation

Pharmacy Technician
Adams, WI
Full-Time

We are seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to become a part of our team! This individual will work at Roche-A-Cri Pharmacy located at the Clinic in Adams, WI. You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist. Pharmacy Tech experience is strongly desired, but not required. The successful candidate will be required to complete State Certification (CPhT) within 6 months of hire. Starting pay is based on experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday, daytime hours, generally 9AM to 6PM with varied start times.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients
  • Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
  • Process prescriptions using computer software
  • Label and record dosage information
  • Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
  • Maintain Patient Confidentiality (HIPAA)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • State of Wisconsin CPhT certification is strongly desired, but not required
